Supreme Court Justice
seats currently held by Justice Jim Jones and Justice Roger Burdick

Court of Appeals Judge
seat currently held by Judge Karen Lansing

District Judges
all District Judges, by Judicial District

Idaho Legislature
all seats in the House (70) and Senate (35)

Any Constitutional Amendments passed by the Legislature and any Initiative Propositions that qualify for ballot status.

County offices on the ballot will include County Commissioner District 2 (4 year term), County Commissioner District 3 (2 year term), County Clerk, County Treasurer, County Assessor, County Coroner and Precinct Committeepersons. Other offices and issues (if any) will vary by county. Check with your County Clerk for more specific information.

Candidate filing will occur from 8 a.m. on March 8th through 5 pm on March 19th, 2010.
