NOTARY STAMPS – Notary stamps are not changing until October 1, 2018. Until that date a notary stamp must only have “State of Idaho,” “Notary Public,” and the notary’s name.
Due to the statutory changes taking place on July 1, 2017 the Secretary of State’s office will not be able to offer a grace period for notary public forms older than July 1, 2017. Every form received by the Secretary of State on, and after, July 1, 2017 must have a rev. date of 7/2017.
