Before you can view, update, or print a Adobe PDF version of a form, you must download and install the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your system. You only need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader one time. Once you have installed the plug-in on your system, you can view, update or print forms until you uninstall the plug-in.

You may want to print these instructions before starting to download the plug-in. Follow this Download Adobe Acrobat Reader link to go to the download page. Follow the steps to start the download process. The latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is version 5.0. The "Save As" message box is displayed and the file name "ar500enu.exe" is displayed in the file name box.

Place your cursor in the file name box before "ar500enu.exe" and type "c:\temp\". The file name should be "c:\temp\ar500enu.exe" after you have completed this step.

Click on the Save push-button. The "Saving Location" message box is displayed.
The download time depends on your type of connection and/or modem speed and the time of day you are downloading, so please be patient. The download is completed when the "Saving Location" message box status reaches 100% and disappears.

Exit Your browser.

Click on the Start button on the bottom right corner of the screen. Click on Run. Type in c:\temp\ar405eng.exe and click on OK or press Enter.

Once the setup program has started Click on the Next push-button. The "Choose Destination Location" message box is displayed.

Select a folder to install the Adobe Reader to, Or Leave the default setting unchanged (Suggested) and click the Next push-button. The program will begin to install.

Once the install is finished a message box is displayed that asks you restart your computer. Please note that clicking the Finish push-button will close all programs. Please save all work before clicking this push-button.

Once you have restarted your computer you will then be able to view and print out all Adobe PDF files.
