On July 1, 2013 an amendment to UCC Article 9 goes into effect.  The primary change for UCC filings is with the approved forms.  To review the notice of form changes click here. The new forms will be posted on our forms page at 8 am Monday, July 1st.

We highly recommend that you seek legal assistance in reviewing Title 28, Chapter 9, Part 5, Idaho Code, to determine how other changes may affect your institution or agency.  In particular, the amendment affects appropriate debtor names on UCC Financing Statements, as well as changes to the “Correction Statement” (which will become an “Information Statement”).
